Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Free from perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at support@jovelle.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once authorized, our team will provide you with specific return instructions and the designated return address.
3. Please do not send items back without requesting a return authorization first, as unverified packages cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: $0 (No restocking fees apply)
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@jovelle.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item, size, or color you prefer is to request a return for the original item. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our processing center, we will notify you of the approval status via email. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
